If you’re like me, the New Year restarts my resolve to eat healthier. This Fresh Fruit Dip makes a tasty snack and can be adjusted to make it low-fat and low-sugar. Serve with fresh berries, bananas, grapes, apple, pineapple, melon, etc. The taste can’t be beat and it will help everyone in your family enjoy healthy fresh fruits!
Fresh Fruit Dip
Ingredients:
– 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, at room temperature (non or low fat may also be used)
– 3/4 c. brown sugar (Splenda brown sugar blend may also be used)
– 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions:
Beat cream cheese, brown sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and blend in. Makes about 2 cups of delicious dip for fruits.
