It’s grilling season and this simple and delicious dessert is a fresh and satisfying way to top off a great meal. With just a few ingredients you can turn early summer peaches into a sweet side dish or a great topping for homemade vanilla ice cream. Yummy!
Grilled Summer Peaches
Ingredients:
Fresh peaches – cut in half with the pit removed
Butter
Cinnamon Sugar
Directions:
Place peaches – skin side down – on the grill at medium flame.
Put a small pat of butter into the center of each peach half.
Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Close lid on the grill and allow peaches to cook until soft and the butter is melted. Carefully remove the peach halves to a platter and enjoy!
